I ran the system troubleshooter (not the windows one), the one built into the system that you can access by holding down Fn while pushing the power button, the audio wasn't even tested as the system failed to detect it (like the hardware had failed). Ran windows troubleshooter, and as almost always, it finds no issues. I started using a new wired headset (more on this later).Īt first I assumed a Windows update had botched it up, I did all updates from Dell, nothing.
